Spring Beneath
by Ayra Yu
In quiet groves where soft light gleams,
The cherry trees cast rosy dreams.
Each bloom a whisper on the breeze,
That stirs the hush of waking trees.
Through emerald thickets sunlight streams,
A golden thread in the morning.
The world, reborn in pink and green,
Glows like a thought once lost.
Beneath the petals drifting slow,
Spring hums in roots we cannot know.
And in the hush, the heart may hear,
That life begins when sky turns clear.

Spring
by Candy Pei
The earth laughs,a fleeting jest,
As blossoms riot,light confessed.
O fragile joy!-too brief, too bright,
A flame that dances with the night.
The sun, indifferent, crowns the trees,
While time drifts slow on heedless breeze.
We laugh, we lose, yet still it sings,
the reckless radiance and crush of spring.

Spring
by Brittany Gao
As the last traces of winter dissolve,
Spring peeks through with delicate hints of green.
Buds unfurl to the sun’s gentle caress,
Streams laugh aloud where ice once had been.
A robin proclaims the dawning of day,
Soft rains murmur, “Awaken from dream.”
Can we not feel our hearts lighten and lift,
And greet the world with a renewed esteem?
To breathe the fresh air and start once again—
Is this not the magic that spring brings in?

Poetry of Summer
by Cora Jing
Summer rain in July drenches streets and halls,
Sun in August flames like fire’s radiant walls,
Shadows slant with grace, personal and slight,
Cicadas sing their chorus, sweet and bright,
As a symphony that seals the summer’s light.

Summer’s Fading Breath
by Calista Fang
The sun bleeds gold on weary leaves,
A silent ache the heat still weaves.
The cicadas drone a hollow sound,
Where fading dreams are barely found.
The porch swing creaks a lonesome tune,
As dusk descends too late, too soon.
The ice melts slow in glasses sweet,
A cold embrace in phantom heat.
The fireflies, like memories, gleam—
A fleeting, melancholic dream.
They flicker once, then fade from sight,
Like love that slipped into the night.
The ocean sighs upon the shore,
A thirst that begs for something more.
The waves retreat with whispered pain,
And leave the world to burn again.
So let the summer’s fever pass,
Through darkened grass and fractured glass.
For in this gold, this radiant blaze—
Lies all the world’s unspoken days.

The Sound of the Summer
by Arthur Huang
Summer symphonies surge through the trees,
Unseen singers performing admist the breeze.
Melody trills, unbeatably proud,
Marking moments beneath the cloud.
Enduring echoes, rhythmic but low,
Resounding deep into the soul.

The light of Summer
by Arthur Huang
Scorching beams sear the silent street,
Umbrellas unfurl, giving a bright retreat.
Meadows murmur to breeze, thirsty and deep,
Midday magic lulls the world to sleep.
Earth exhales a shimmering haze,
Refracting light as sky was to blaze.

Campus in Summer
by Ania Fan
Summer sun shines on the campus ground,
Flowers bloom, trees stand around.
Grass is green, soft under feet,
Leaves rustle where the cool winds meet.
By the pond, fish swim close to me,
Chasing my shadow, quick and free.
They follow when I take a step,
In the clear water, tails do dip.
Under a big tree, there's a small hole,
Who lives inside? Let's make a role.
Maybe a bug with a tiny bed,
Summer on campus, warm and bright,
All these things make a sweet sight.

Autumn Wind
by Bonnie Bao
The autumn wind, sweet and pure.
It blows gently from afar.
It dyes saffron on Ginkgo leaves.
And paints rouge on maple trees.
The primrose osmanthus falls.
Stepping on it,
no sound is heard,
only the whisper of a tender touch.

Autumn Whispers
by Florence Hua
Autumn breathes soft through amber trees,
A leaf, a sigh, a honeyed breeze.
Sun leans low, the sky turns wine,
Harvest hums, the day grows fine.
Night unrolls its cool, dark scroll Autumn whispers:
"Rest, my soul."

A Poem for Winter
by Renee An
City lights in winter's chill,
Soft and steady, calm and still,
Casting glows on streets of stone,
Where echoes of the cold are known.
The air is crisp, but clear tonight,
As lamps and windows burn so bright,
A golden hue on quiet lanes,
Reflecting all the city’s veins.
No snow to settle, no frost to bite,
Yet every glow feels pure, alight.
Above, the stars, though few and far,
Compete with neon, like a star.
Cars hum by in whispered streams,
Beneath the glow of city dreams.
In this small world, a fleeting gleam,
Winter’s quiet, yet full of gleam.

Winter
by Alyssa Zhou
Ⅰ
My feline friend is the illusion of winter,
Soft, Warm, and Sweet.
and he punches into your bed and face,
only to drive away the morning chill.
Ⅱ
She planted a winter leaf on my coat,
a red leaf from a tree far from reach.
North wind painted the world black and white,
but this burning red shines so bright and divine.
Ⅲ
Maple blush in wisps,
like Burgundy splashed over.
The north wind freezes her lips pale,
yet it paints the maple leaves,
with such a scarlet shade of blaze,
--with you, I drown in this marvelous hue.
Breeze in our hair and books in our hands,
It’s so surreal to have a friend.
